		<content type="html">Hi Marcee&lt;br&gt;Thanks for the comment.&amp;nbsp; It is weird, usually January is a great month to regroup, but we are seeing both buyers and sellers coming out of the woodwork.&amp;nbsp; I think it has something to do with rates being so low, the fear of inflation (which would push rates up), as well as the tax credit that is still in place.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br&gt;</content>
